Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, he or she should ensure the flows of process from start till the service (or product) delivery are work seamlessly, or work coordinate with the related department head to improve the process.
All complain should handling immediately and ensure that both company and customer are getting their fair value.
Subject to the corporate needs, customer Relation Office / Manager are getting involves with database management, loyalty program or direct marketing process to communicate with their existing customer or new customer about the company new product launch or some seasons promotional campaign.

The responds from the customer could therefore revert back to the management to seek the best of course to proceeds and improve their product to the satisfactory level.
