Sir Your Malir cantt brach providing spoiled food to their customer. I have a very bad experience today. I took a family pack parcel and when opened at home the Briyani and salaad both of them giving bad smell. I rang to MR.Rana Rasool( as i was told) mobile no.03002812246, he took a non professional attitude, emphasizing that the food was ok, upon our constant protest on phone finally he asked us to exchange from Model colony branch. I went there with my family where Mr. Abdul Khaliq gave a positive response and food was exchnged. I have lost my three hours.My request is that if you people want to be in a good name please either close your malir cantt branch or make sure hygienic supply of foods from there.

Order # Nrsry_201203290009 the delivery service of this order was pathetic. quantity was too little. cold drinks were not disposable and were not even COLD. two servings of Zarda were missing. when called the call centre the missing order was not delivered after 30mins till this message.
